Members

  • Included in your membership!

  • As many as you would like! There is no limit on member guest passes.

  • Dues are charged to your prefered payment method the 1st of every month, as well as any spa services you received, retail you purchased, etc from the month prior. We do not mail statements but you can see your statement online or ask to have one printed at the front desk. For membership cancellation, we require advance notice and all dues must be paid upon cancellation.

  • Yes, only members are allowed to do this. However, if you are hosting a private event there is a $50 outside food and beverage fee.

  • No, our front desk will manually check you in, just give them your First and Last name at the Front Desk. 

  • If you book a class online and do not attend we will not charge you, but please notify us so we may open your spot.

  • Shoes are required only in the gym. Swimwear is required when swimming in the pool or hot tub.

  • We allow service animals who are needed due to a disability. 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and recommend that high-value items be left at home, personal items should be locked in a locker.

  • You will pay half of the couple’s initiation fee and the current monthly dues.

Guests

  • While we do not sell out of Day Passes we recommend calling in advance if you would like to secure a spot by the pool.

  • The pool is not saltwater, but we do use a salt solution that softens the water. We do use chlorine for sanitation, but we pride ourselves on our water feeling soft and never itchy after a swim.

  • 18 and up. If you have a family member or friend who is under 18 please call our front desk with any questions.

  • No. Only members are allowed to bring outside food or beverage. Reminder! We have a great food service and poolside menu with lots of options for you to choose from. If you are hosting a private event, there is a $50 outside food and beverage fee, so again we encourage you to utilize our menus.

  • Yes, $15 for non-members.

  • Any activities that are silent are allowed, but phone conversations are restricted. Talk to the front desk and we’ll help you find a spot. We encourage you to take a break from technology!

  • We have ample space for free parking all day long. If you book a spa service or grab a day-pass, please feel free to use our parking lot!

  • We ask all athletes to wipe down equipment after use.
